Policies
All our rooms feature air conditioning, private full bathroom, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, flat-screen HDTV and free high-speed internet. Our premises are adapted for people with reduced mobility. All our public areas and rooms are smoke-free.
Cancellation Policy: In both low and high season, a credit card number is required as guarantee for any reservation of one night or more (all room categories). No cancellation fee will be charged if a notification is provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival. After this time, the amount representing one night’s rate for the room category booked will be charged to the client on the credit card given as guarantee.
Reservation Deferral Policy: If you prefer, you can postpone your reservation, rather than cancel it, even if the 48-hour cancellation deadline has expired. However, the nightly rate will be the one in effect at the new arrival date and not the one from the prior reservation. Note that the first night of the deferred reservation date is payable at the time of deferral. The cancellation policy 48 hours prior to arrival also applies to the deferred reservation.
Domestic Animals On-Site: Your pet is welcome in the booked room and in the common areas of the Motel Le Mirage during your stay, unless otherwise specified. Please let us know your pet will be staying with us when you make your reservation. An additional fee of $25 will be invoiced and a $200 deposit will be charged to your credit card at check-in. The amount of $200 will be released at the end of your stay, within 72 hours after your departure.
